This backplane has seven Z50Bus compatible slots with 0.6" spacing.
Backplanes with narrow slot spacing (eg. 0.6″) are best suited to building compact systems, while wide slot spacing (eg. 0.8″) is more convenient when experimenting and developing hardware.
It is assumed the system will be powered by one of the Z50Bus cards, such as a serial card or a dedicated power supply card (eg. SC502).
