Shipping is $5.75 for this book within the USA.  All packages within the US are sent with delivery confirmation.

International shipping will be calculated upon your request, but will be more expensive due to the weight and limited ground services.

During our transition to modify our 25,000 eBay store listings to offer FREE SHIPPING on all card orders within the USA,  FREE SHIPPING  will not apply on older listings that have a Shipping & Handling amount in the Shipping field.  Mixing & Matching older listings with newer listings will have Shipping & Handling charges calculated on a case by case basis with our intent to charge as low as possible.

All PUBLICATIONS will be set against a hard cardboard backing board, and carefully placed inside a large magazine bag prior to being placed in a bubble mailer.
