Payment

For your security and convenience, we only accept payments via eBay with a confirmed address. You can use all majority credit/debit cards. Once your payment has been received, we will send you a confirmation email and your purchase will be sent with a VAT invoice. All our listings require immediate payment.

We run an automated ordering system so please ensure your correct shipping address is selected on the eBay checkout as we can only send to the address that comes through. This is an eBay policy.

Once we receive an order you have time to cancel the order until 13:00 pm. You will need to send a cancellation request by eBay on your order page. Please do NOT send eBay messages to cancel your order as it might not be read on time. Therefore, you will receive the order and will need to refuse the delivery for a return or accept the item and return it back to us at your own cost.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

2. We can only accept returns if they are either genuinely faulty or in pristine condition (have not been fitted and in original unmarked packaging).
3. Returns received by us 30 days or more after the date of despatch will not be accepted unless specifically agreed beforehand.
4. We will process your return within 2 business days after the item is delivered to us, and we will do whatever we agreed by email (refund, replacement, or exchange) quickly.
