How To Use: Utskho Suneli or Blue Fenugreek is the component of the Abkhazian Adjika, Svanetian Salt and Khmeli Suneli blends; it is also added to dishes of fish, meat (stew, ragout, basturma), vegetables, to soups, sauces, gravies, Swiss green Schabziger cheese, in Georgian dishes of Bazhe, Pkhali, Satsebella, Satsivi, Khinkali.
