The word ‘’Ajrak’ means blue in Arabic and means blue. It traditionally used to be a rich crimson blue with deep indigo patterns. It has now evolved to a variety of colours, using vegetable dye with a block print. Ajrak is worn on on special occasions and has a special significance for Sufis. Our Ajrak is sourced from craftsmen in Multan, Pakistan, who rely on traditional ways of making it.
