This is for two vintage children's books. I grew up with these. One book is the book Frisker by Mary Lauer Nowak, copyright 1956. Hardcover.
It's in good used condition. Problems discovered: Outer cover show some wear, (see pictures). Tiny piece of a page missing at bottom of first page. 2nd and 3rd pages have some scribbles on them. I probably did this as a kid. This was my book. 4th page has some scribbles as well then it gets better. The rest of the pages are decent, back last page inside cover some pencil scribbles. I rate this book in good over all condition for the year, but I'm not an authority on these things.
Five Beds for Bitsy, By Ian Munn, Copyright was originally 1950, this edition is marked 1960. This little Rand McNally Junior Elf Book is in very good condition for the year. The cover and binding are sound with only minor signs of wear (slight stain on back cover), no writing on the inside pages, no rips, no tears, no bent pages. I think this book would be consider very good to excellent.
Two great books to read to the kids, like they were read to me when I was a kid.
