We're excited to be offering several pieces of Chinese Children's Festival clothing, Qing Dynasty late 1800's to early 1900's, carefully stored by local collector.
- Featuring here a beautifully hand-sewn child's festival jacket, silk with elaborate embroidery and applique trim and on back.
- Beautiful to display on the custom black iron stand that comes with it!
- Black silk with bright blue design, koi fish applique on back with bright orange contrasting color.
- Fully lined with hand stitches in blue cotton, expertly done.
- Original loops and knot-type buttons; we did not try to button the jacket as we didn't want to risk damaging the loops.
- Everything in excellent antique condition; some areas with discoloration/fading, but nothing that detracts from how beautifully this displays. Inside lining has fading.
- Measures 38" across outstretched on the display form from end of cuff to other end of cuff; 19" long from back center color.
- PLEASE look closely at the photos to see beautiful details.
- See the other Qing Dynasty pieces; happy to combine shipping for extra savings.
- If you prefer NOT to take the iron stand, shipping of course can be reduced; it is quite heavy & substantial.

I entrusted my mother and father's (Lucille Ball & Desi Arnaz) memorabilia to Connectibles, and during the entire evaluation and auction process, never for a moment did I feel anything less than completely confident, protected and guided by experienced and compassionate professionals who love what they do. We got wonderful results and the best part... it was great fun!"
