Mason Jar (look) Wooden Pin Cushion HANDMADE w Two Apple Shaped Wall Decorations 

These sewing room accessories were made by a family member.  His wife was big into doing crafts, sewing, any kinds of needlework.  

The wooden Mason Jar item was used as a pin cushion.  The original metal jar lid is attached to the block of wood and pins would be stuck into the fabric at the top.  It can be hung on the wall with a coffee cup hanger or left on the tabletop.  Cute decoration

The other apple shaped padded fabric pieces she sometimes used as a pin cushion when she was working in the living room area.  Or when she didn't use them, they were hung on the sewing room wall for decoration.  They are handmade.  The scrap material hearts have lace, raffia, old cinnamon sticks for the apple stem, and buttons.  

The wooden jar piece measures 7 1/4 inches tall x 3 1/2 inches wide x almost 1 1/2 inches thick
