Tipped in to the front free endpaper is a handwritten letter from the publisher of this work, Pagnerre regarding the printing of this work. The letter is on headed paper advertising this book.
Tipped in to the recto of the front endpaper are further notes by a previous owner.
With a bookplate to the front pastedown.
This publication is the second year of 'Le Petit Poucet' and is the third volume. All issues of this periodical are scarce.
CONDITION
In a half cloth binding, with marbled paper boards. Externally, very smart. Light shelf wear to the extremities. Bookplate to the front pastedown. Loosely inserted are notes by Georges Vicaire. Letter from the publisher pasted to the front endpaper. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright. Occasional light spotting to pages.
