Vintage Singer Sewing Machine No. 115 W/ Original Cabinet / Table

Excellent condition. Very stable, sturdy, and structurally sound.

Tested 01-26-22, and here are the results: when it’s plugged in, the motor starts right up, and it’s healthy, smooth, and steady. The belt is a bit old, and may need to be replaced. The belt does slip a bit where it goes between the motor and the sewing machine’s end wheel, but these are a few-minute job to replace, and the belts are still readily available, and inexpensive.

The needle does not seem to go fully up and down, but I have not operated one of these before (yes, I did unlock the wheel at the end of the wheel though). The needle does move, but it does not turn through its full cycle. It could easily be because I’m doing something wrong, and I definitely don’t want to force anything. Maybe some thread is jammed in there or something. I don’t know for sure.

I was unable to turn it off, but It may be because I’m unfamiliar with it and can’t figure it out. So I just turned it off and on by unplugging it and plugging it in, respectfully.

The large metal pedal near the floor does move smoothly and freely, but I did not see any difference in anything when I moved the pedal from one tilt to the other—even with the motor running. Again, I’m unfamiliar though.

It has its original metal casters. They’re in good shape and fully function as they’re designed to.

All hinges and flaps function well and as designed. There are no issues with their structural integrity.

Approximate overall measurements: 36” Long (without table folded out; with table folded out, it’s 50” long) x 18” Wide x 29” Tall (when all folded out; when folded up, its 30 7/8” high).

Comes with everything in pictures (including the original instructions, as well as another booklet).

I don't enjoy saying this, but due to a few bad apples almost spoiling eBay for all of us, a seller must protect themselves as well--especially on the higher-dollar items, so the sewing machine’s & cabinet’s information and serial number is logged, and “mapped" (fully) with detailed pictures, in the event a return is made with a different sewing machine and/or cabinet, or a part is changed or removed.
