One of the hardest working ropes in Marlow's Excel dinghy range, Excel control is specifically designed for use in continuous/endless loop control line systems. With a Technora® and polyester construction, Excel Control offers exceptional abrasion resistance, great cleating thanks to its robust round shape, excellent grip in hands and cleats, all at a very low price point.
Excel Control is designed to be end to end spliced with no increase in diameter, this is achieved by using a lightweight polypropylene "filler" as the core, which is removed when splicing. The key to splicing Excel Control is tapering...
