This coffee is a very natural product.
The Limu from Ethiopia is very untouched in terms of genetic cross breeding. The flavour is very similar to the original first coffee bean flavour.
For every home roaster, this is a must try.
It helps you to understand the history and progression of coffees travel through time and flavour.
Strong earthy flavour, powerful crema production considering its a 100% arabica.
I hand roast lots and lots of green coffee!
