this token was found many years ago near the town of Maricopa....RARE TO FIND, AND IT IS DISCERNIBLE.....

This comes out of the lifetime Ron Lerch collection where he had 3 of these "Derrick Bar" tokens....and sometimes he had multiples to use as "traders".....The first one was super nice, and sold for well over $100...the 2nd one had some minor pitting and still was worth $100......and this is last one....it is dug, but you can tell what it is...and still a very rare token

CAME OUT OF A LIFETIME COLLECTION OF KERN COUNTY TOKENS WHERE ORIGINAL PROMINENT COLLECTOR RON LERCH NEVER BOTHERED COLLECTING JUNK...MODERN...PLASTIC....HOARD TOKENS, BUT RATHER FOCUSED ON TRUE "TOWN RARITIES"...THIS IS A SUPER RARE TOKEN FROM MARICOPA.

The small town of Maricopa has a population of 1100, located in Kern County, not far from Taft, McKittrick and Grapevine California

Trade token is aluminum metal, round, 26mm in size, and it has pitting, but  it is discernible, and tough to find. (please see pictures in gallery) Has not been cleaned...this actually was found in region many many years ago
