Sculpted in the softest Ivory Plush.She wears 3 stars on her belly and a bow with stars.She has a key wind music box that play's" Twinkle , Twinkle Little Star"Coco has coordinating tan Paw Pads and black shoe button safety eyes and hand-stitched nose and mouth. She has a bow on her neck. Twinkle  was designed by Teddy Bear artist Lenore DeMent with Annette exclusively for the Annette Funicello Bear Company. Twinkle  is a LIMITED EDITION Bear, hand numbered on the certificate.She has her signature logo pin and hang tag designed by Annette.
