'American Painters of Yesterday and Today' published privately in 1919. This is one of only 500 copies printed. Including thirty-one illustrations. Collated and complete.
These works analyse the art of Homer Dodge Martin, Robert Loftin Newman, Elliot Daingerfield, J. Francis Murphy, Dwight W. Tryon, George Fuller, Arthur B. Davies, and more.
CONDITION
Bound in quarter cloth binding with paper covered boards. Externally, smart, with some shelf wear. Slight bumping to heads and tails of spines and extremities of both volumes. Some spotting to the boards of 'American Painters'. Ink stains to the rear board of 'American Painters'. Internally, both volumes firmly bound. Pages to both volumes are bright and clean.
