Working condition. Both talking/singing and dancing works, you just have to make sure his foot is pushed into the base before dancing. Comes with comb which is still attached to his hands.

There’s a large stain on the sleeve of his shirt, and his face, hands, and the comb have some marks on them. His eyes are a little foggy looking, and there’s some discoloring on his converse shoes. There’s also a mark on the base where his foot has rubbed against it.
