STUNNING MUSHROOM MILLEFIORI DOUBLE OVERLAY IN GREEN, CUT FACETED PAPERWEIGHT

~ CIRCA 1920 ~

We have the privilege of offering you this stunning mushroom millefiori, double overlay, cut faceted paperweight.

Circa 1920 and measures 3 1/4" in diameter x 2 1/2" high.  Unsure of the maker, as it is unsigned and there is not a label.

It features a gorgeous millefiori mushroom, done in gorgeous colors.  There is a larger white floral cane on top of a green ground that acts like leaves and is encircled by complex canes to create a mushroom cap. Surrounding the center floral cane are a row of green to white floral canes. The 2nd row is a series of white and black floral canes.  The 3rd row is a series of green, white and yellow floral canes with the 4th row having white and red floral canes.  Then the 5th row has a series of green, white and blue floral canes while the 6th row having white floral canes on a clear ground.  The exterior is a green to white, double overlay with 4 and 1 cut facets.  The top features one large cut facet while there are 4 medium sized cut facets on the sides with a clear, cross-hatched cut base.

It is in beautiful condition with the normal shelf wear with no chips, cracks or repairs.  A stunning paperweight to see in person!

This would look gorgeous in any setting.  A great addition for any paperweight or art glass collector.
