Return of products

Our policy, expanding the current regulations, is grant you the right to return any product you purchase from Parts and Laptops within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt. The product must be in good condition and whenever possible with its original packaging.. Once the merchandise is received in our warehouses and confirmed to be in good condition, we will make a refund on your behalf.

Once the product is received, we will reimburse you for the cost of the products and the shipping costs.You can send us the product or products to our address in Palma de Mallorca. If you prefer that the collection is on us, will we charge 5.90? for the costs of collection or management.

In the event that it is a return due to damage or errors on our part, together with the cost of the products, we will also reimburse you for the collection costs.

How to return an item?

We will not accept returns without the authorization of said department. You can send us the product or products to our address in Palma de Mallorca. If you prefer that the collection be done by us, will we charge 5.90? for the costs of collection or management.

The item must be in good condition, as long as it is possible to include its original packaging and be properly packed.

Once the product has been received in our warehouses and its condition has been verified, we will proceed to refund the amount according to our Refund Policy

Defective products, in poor condition or wrong shipment

If the product is damaged, in poor condition or is not what you ordered, please fill out a return request in your purchase panel or in Contact.

Refund Policy

Once we have verified that the returned product is in perfect condition, we proceed to reimburse the amount and the shipping costs. The refund will always be made using the same method you used for the purchase: transfer, PayPal, credit card or transfer in the case of cash on delivery orders.

Calculation of refundsIf the return is due to an error on our part or because you have received an erroneous product or in poor condition, we will bear the shipping costs incurred in returning the product.

Rest of returnsWhen the return is for other reasons, provided that the merchandise reaches us in perfect condition, the refund will be the equivalent of the amount of the returned product and the shipping costs. In this case, only the shipping costs incurred in the return are borne by the customer.

SHIPPING

The delivery time in the peninsular territory is between 3 and 4 working days. And for Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands: the delivery time is from 3 to 10 business days. The delivery time is not guaranteed in ordinary shipments.

Shipments by ordinary mail do not include a tracking number, so claims for delay or loss cannot be made for up to 15 days. It is always recommended to use certified mail as a shipping method.

For the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla you may have to pay the IGIC or IPSI, you may also be charged for the processing of the DUA and customs expenses not included in the amount of the order.

product warranty

The warranty period for our products is 90 days from the date of delivery.. Deficiencies caused by negligence, blows, improper use or manipulation, unsuitable voltage, incorrect installation not carried out by the authorized technical service when appropriate, or materials subject to wear due to normal use are not included.

In those incidents that justify the use of the guarantee, the replacement of the item or the reimbursement of its amount will be chosen in the legally established terms.

The guarantee will lose its value in the following cases:

If some of the data of the same or of the proof of purchase are modified, altered or replaced.

If both the identification number and the guaranteed device itself are manipulated or repaired without the knowledge of the Technical Service.
