SHIPPING
1. We only ship the items to the address you have indicated, if we sent you the parcel to the correct address that you offered but you still cannot receive the parcel successfully, we are not in charge for it, so please check it carefully!
2. We will deliver the items within 1 day after payment received from PayPal. If the items can’t arrive at the exact time, please contact with us on eBay message, we will help you.
3. When you place an order with us, we like to make sure our delivery charges are plain and simple to understand.
4. US Warehouse:
We send our orders from our warehouse via USPS. You can track the progress of your parcel by the Track My Order link at the top of the page.
5. China Warehouse:
Shipment is directly sent by China Post or E-packet or Post NL or DHL Global Mail or HK Post. If you want to get the item fast, we also provide the international shipping, so you can contact with us, and then we will give you a quote of the freight.
TERMS OF SALE
We offer a 30 day return policy. Once you inform a member our team, you can then return the parcel within 30 days of receiving the goods.
This is under the following conditions:
Unwanted Goods:
1. Carriage charges for returning unwanted parcels or items ordered in error are at your expense, we cannot be held responsible for this.
Damaged/Incorrect Goods:
2. If you need to return an item due to an error we have made or because your item is damaged, please contact our team within 7 working days* who will resolve this with you (*this varies per courier). It is highly important that you check your goods as soon as they are received.
Faulty Goods:
3. If your item arrives faulty, you must report it to us within 24 hours. The item can then be collected and refunded or replaced. Any items reported as faulty outside of this time frame will need to be dealt with under the warranty. Please contact our via ebay message.
4. Once any return is received back we will process it within 7 days.
5. The item must be unused and in a resalable condition otherwise are not eligible for a refund. Please send the item in its original condition to this below address.
