our items we give a description of what our opinion is of the
quality and condition of the part.
Please
keep in mind that
our opinion may not be the same as yours.
Please note
that these parts are used parts unless stated otherwise. It is normal for
them to have some of the following,
however we will describe them as best we can:
Ø Marks,
scratches, scuffs
Ø Damaged
paint
Ø General
wear and tear
Ø Surface
rust
PLEASE NOTE:
Unless otherwise stated, due to the nature of our
parts being sourced from dismantled vehicles, there is a possibility that
impact data/faults may be present.
Therefore, you may be required to get the
item RESET or RECODED / REPROGRAMMED.
SHIPPING:
If in the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us straight away and we can
arrange a replacement part where
possible, or issue a refund.
Please make sure all parts are inspected before signing to certify
the item has not been damaged in transit. If the courier objects, simply
write ?DAMAGED? and do not sign. This is
to ensure, if necessary, that
a claim can be made against the courier company. If an item has been signed
for we cannot process any claim with the courier company. If on inspection
the item is impaired, do not sign for it and contact us as soon as
possible.
All our parts are marked or stamped. Any parts with these markings removed or tampered
with will invalidate
your warranty.
This item
will be dispatched same day if ordered before 11AM or dispatched the next
working day. The courier will deliver between 8AM and 5PM. (Scottish Highlands, Northern Island or
ANY offshore UK address will be liable for any extra freight charges)

RETURNS:
In the
event that a part is supplied correctly but the customer had made an error, the
part must be returned to us at the cost of the
customer within 30 days of receiving. Delivery will not be refunded and a 20% handling fee will then be charged.
In the event that a part is proven to be
incorrect or faulty, Gadbury
Motor Dismantlers must be notified within 48 hours.
If a replacement is not available we can offer a refund but cannot cover
labor.
