This is a Vintage Durgin Sterling Silver Solid Serving Fork in the "Fairfax" pattern. I recently acquired this at a local auction. It is clearly marked Sterling and has the Durgin (acquired by Gorham) Company Symbol on the back of the handle. It is in good condition with only minor surface marks from use and no monogram or engraving (or removal.) The pattern is crisp, clear and strong. The fork measures 8 5/8 inches in length.
