Innovative universal premium bi-synthetic engine oil (PAO + esters) for modern petrol and diesel engines of VW group cars (including direct injection) with and without turbocharging, including those equipped with pump-injectors (Pumpe-Düse).
Product properties:
- Due to the ester components contained, it has excellent anti-wear, extreme pressure and anti-friction properties, which ensures long and trouble-free operation of the pump-nozzle system and the entire gas distribution mechanism, reducing cam wear;
- Due to its excellent detergent-dispersing properties and high thermal-oxidative stability, it effectively combats all types of deposits and keeps engine parts clean throughout the entire interval between replacements;
- Saves fuel due to optimal anti-friction properties;
- Ester components together with the bi-synthetic base provide a low solidification temperature (-45 °C and below) and guarantee easy low-temperature engine start-up due to exceptional turn ability and pump ability, which significantly reduces engine starting wear;
- It has optimal viscosity over a wide temperature range, which ensures stable operation in all operating modes, including in urban mode and under overload conditions;
- Due to its high thermal-oxidative stability, it effectively resists aging;
- Compatible with all exhaust gas neutralization systems, DPF, TWC, EGR and SCR through the use of Mid SAPS technology;
- Used in engines with extended oil change intervals (Long Life up to 30,000 km) and conventional;
- Suitable for engines running on liquefied natural gas (LNG) and petroleum gas (LPG).
Designed for gasoline and diesel engines of EURO IV and EURO V wide fleet of vehicles (cars, light SUVs, vans and light trucks) of VW imposes additional requirements on motor oils in accordance with the specifications 504.00/507.00 and previous.
The oil is not suitable for use in heavy trucks and similar vehicles!

Most items will be sent out next day but we aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of cleared funds. All deliveries MUST be signed for. Please note we deliver Monday to Friday. If there is no one available to sign for your parcel, a driver will leave a card with details of when your item will be redelivered or where you should go to collect it.
We also offer Saturday Delivery Service upon request.
No deliveries will be made on Sundays or Bank/ Public Holidays.
Oversized Items
Oversized Items such as Exhausts, Roof Boxes and Body Panels incur additional delivery charges to all delivery locations.
Click & Collect
We offer Click & Collect service to local customers. Item should be ordered and paid 24 hrs before collection.
Customers can collect the item between 10am - 5pm Monday to Saturday.

Delivery to Europe and Overseas
We deliver orders to most of the European Destinations and are willing to send overseas. Delivery Charges depends on the Size and Destinations. Customer can contact us before purchasing with the delivery address information to determine postage charges and time for delivery.

All returned goods require a copy of the reciept, as a proof of purchase.

NO LONGER REQUIRED:
A to Z Autoparts provides 30 days returns policy from date of receipt of the item.
INCORRECTLY ORDERED :
If you have ordered the wrong part by mistake then it can be returned in original packaging for refund.
Please note the item should be unused and not been fitted.
We will not cover returns postage if the item is ordered incorrectly by the customer.
Refund will be credited once we receive the item back deducting original postage which we pay to send the item originally.
PACKING OR PICKING ERROR:
If you have recieved the wrong item due to a packing error ,we will arrange a collection of the incorrect part and send you the correct replacement as soon as possible.
FAULTY ITEM :
All items have a 12 month warranty.
If the item has been deemed faulty by your mechanic within the warranty period then it can be returned for replacement or refund.
All goods will be inspected before an refund or exchange will be offered.
Warranty is not covered if the product is found to be faulty due to Bad Fittment.
Please note we require a report from the garage explaining nature of the fault when you return the item.
