Domestic Orders

We offer free & fully insured FedEx 2nd-Day shipping. If you require immediate shipping, please contact us, prior to purchasing. We don't charge for FedEx Standard Overnight shipping. For security, all orders are shipped with an adult signature required.

We do ship to APOs or FPOs. For P.O. Boxes, we typically do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please contact us before bidding and/or buying if you fall into these categories so we may best accommodate you.

Due to the United States' Supreme Court ruling in South Dakota v. Wayfair, Inc., 585 U.S. ___ (2018), all sales may be subject to Sales Tax based on your shipping address. Please contact us directly if you have questions regarding the tax rate in your jurisdiction.

International Orders

We offer fully insured shipping to a large selection of international locations. Please contact us before bidding/buying/ordering to make sure we ship to your country. See shipping exclusions for more details.

We charge a flat rate of 75.00 USD to ship FedEx International Priority.

Additional costs, such as customs, import duties, VAT, taxes and charges are NOT included in the item price or the shipping costs. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. If a package is returned due to a delivery refusal, buyer will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Please be aware that we must declare the amount that you paid on the international invoice included with the shipment. We cannot declare the watch as a gift/used/or at a lower value.

Warranty

Affordable Swiss Watches offers a limited warranty on every product sold, unless otherwise stated. Pre-owned timepieces are warranted for a minimum of twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase. The Date of Purchase is defined as the date on the bill-of-sale, sales receipt, or any dated document designated by Affordable Swiss Watches as proof-of-purchase.

Conditions apply to the Affordable Swiss Watches twenty-four-month (24) limited service warranty. The repair warranty does not cover parts that Affordable Swiss Watches did not service, basic services on quartz watches, water damage, shock damage, all abuse, or any handling that exceeds the limits of a timepiece’s intended use.

Consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty. Third-party performance of service, opening of a product, or addition of parts other than strap or bracelet components will void the Affordable Swiss Watches twenty-four-month (24) limited warranty on pre-owned watches. Affordable Swiss Watches will, at its sole discretion, determine the applicability of its warranty to each timepiece for which a warranty claim is lodged.

The Affordable Swiss Watches twenty-four-month (24) limited warranty is non-transferrable.

Returns

If you received the watch and it doesn’t match description in the listing (we do our best to not let that happen, anyways there is a human factor, so everything can happen), just email us and return it so we receive it back within 30 days. We are not like other dealers where you must wait months to see the credit or refund. We process all of our returns each weekend and your PayPal account will be credited no later than 3 business days of that weekend. Also, we will not deduct a restocking fee. We will refund 100% of the amount paid for the item.

All items must be in their original, unused condition for a full refund of the purchase price or store credit for an exchange.

If within the 30-day return window, the Affordable Swiss Watches plastic security tag is removed or watch shows signs of wear, the buyer will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Once the watch is worn or sized we cannot accept a return of the watch.

Items designated as no returns are final sale and non-returnable.

Condition

Like New. Perfect condition and never worn. The watch has the original manufacture’s protective plastic (if applicable). It comes with original box and papers. It is working properly, keeping very good time.

Unworn. Perfect condition and never worn. The watch has the original manufacture protective plastic (if applicable). It may or may not come with original box or papers. It is working properly, keeping very good time.

Super mint condition. Perfect. Looks never worn. As close to new as you can get for the preowned watch. This is the equivalent of a new watch and it does not have the original manufacture protective plastic. If you remove the protective plastic from a brand new watch, and have not yet worn the watch, it is now in super mint condition. It may or may not come with original box or papers. It is working properly, keeping very good time.

Mint. Near perfect. Looks like new on the wrist. Signs of wear are only visible in the loop. The band has no stretch where. The watch is working properly, keeping very good time.

Super excellent condition. Very light signs of wear. Watches with the original band will have minimal stretch between the links. The watch is working properly, keeping very good time.

Excellent condition. Nice. Signs of normal careful wear. Watches with the original band will have moderate stretch between the links. Some older watches with the original band may have more than moderate stretch. The watch is working Properly, keeping good time, but may gain or lose up to 30 seconds over 24 hours (unless the watch has been serviced).

Fair condition.Signs of heavy wear. Watch may have a few dings, nicks, or deep stretches. The band has a severe stretch between the links. The washer working, but may gain or lose a few minutes over 24 hours (unless the watch has been serviced).

Poor condition. Signs of extreme heavy wear, damage, or abuse. Major cosmetic and/or mechanical flaws that directly affect the integrity of the watch. The watch may be missing parts and/or may not run at all. We do not recommend this watch to be worn in this condition. Requires a lot of work to be made wearable.
