Anti-Flamme Herbal Relief Crème helps to ease strained muscles, sore joints and common sports injuries.  It has many natural herbal ingredients with beneficial proterties including:

• Arnica Montana: is a well known herb that has been used for centuries by herbalists and practitioners for its beneficial effects. It helps to reduce pain, bruising and is good to use as the first treatment for any trauma.
• Hypericum Perforatum (or St John's Wort): has been traditionally applied since Roman times and is used for the relief of the pain associated with local nerve damage.
• Calendula Officinalis: is known for it's soothing effect on dry, prickly, and irritated skin. It helps improve circulation and is often found in cosmetics and wound salves.
• Peppermint: is commonly used for its cooling sensation and its feeling of deep absorbtion into the skin. It also encourages an increased blood flow to the local area and acts as an analgesia.

Anti-Flamme can also be used before sports activity or exercise to warm up the muscles to help prevent injury.  It can then be applied after to keep the muscles loose.

Anti-Flamme Herbal Relief Crème Directions: Rub a liberal amount into muscles before sport to warm them up and/or rub into sore muscles after sport or excercise.  Use as often as needed.  Wash hands after use, unless the hands are being treated.
