Ingredients: garlic, oregano, Himalayan pink salt (15%), brown cane Demerara sugar (15%), cumin seeds, red hot chili pepper crushed and ground, black pepper ground.

How To Use: Chorizo Peligroso (from Mexican Spanish “dangerous bandit”) is the hot spicy blend that ideally fits for cooking fresh Mexican chorizo sausages, chorizo con huevo scrambled eggs, choriqueso “melted cheese”, chorizo con queso dip.
