We aim and have received feedback for our fast delivery, but unfortunately cannot use any carrier other than Royal Mail from our location as it's too expensive!
Most of our items are one off, and all our pictures will show that item, the exception to this is multiple lots where we will show a picture of one of the items we have in stock and this will be stated. Sometimes items will be sealed in boxes particularly figures so we may use stock photos to show the figure unboxed this WILL be stated in description.
Please contact us before leaving negative feedback as we will do our very best to resolve your issue, the only thing that?s out of our control is late or lost items , but we will chase the courier for an explanation and compensation.

Returns
We accept returns as per DSR and EBay rules.
Items must be returned unopened if sealed if this was the state they were sold in and with other items and all reasonable care must be taken with the packaging for the return.
If you change you mind and wish to return we will do this up to 14 days after dispatch BUT return postage will be at buyers expense!
Partial refunds may be given on items we examine and have been found to be on a damaged state compared to when it was sent!, please take care with the return packaging.
