Please see below details for a stunning vintage buckle

which I think dates from the Victorian period

it is made from yellow metal

which could be pinchbeck, rolled gold, brass or similar?

The buckle has been set with turquoise stones which I think are glass or similar

and decorated with typical Victorian baubles.

It has been threaded onto a later dated black velvet ribbon 

so it can be worn as a choker

(Velcro fastening so this is adjustable for sizing)

 can easily be removed if not wanted.

This looks gorgeous on
