You get a set of 4 braces and hardware. New braces made by Wald manufacturing. Wald goes back about as far as the bicycle history starts. They have made parts to fit almost all the bicycle made. These braces fit 24x2.125 tire bikes and are cadmium plated like most bikes used. Comes with the mounting hardware. More Classic bicycle parts on my ebay store.
