If you use our Y-cord with PTT in our portfolio, it can be compatible with original military definition or non-original military definition. If using only our Y line and not using the PTT in the combination, the Y line may not be compatible. So do not disassemble the components, the Y wires need to be used together.

If you need to use the original version of PTT instead of ours. Please place an order and note that you need to be compatible with your original PTT. If there is no remarks, the products we send are not compatible with the original ptt version.


Tactical Headset Y-Line:

The cable has 2 plugs and a jack. The first plug is a military standard 7.00mm plug, which can be directly inserted into the PTT to connect the walkie-talkie. The second plug is the 2pin plug of the comtac microphone, which is used to plug headphones. This way you can connect the headset to the microphone for communication. The third jack is the comtac microphone jack for connecting a microphone to the headset.
