Antique I believe Austrian, although not certain, 18K solid gold figural Ruby Eyed Arabian Horse Head Malachite orb mounted lapel, hat or stick pin. Excellent quality and quite substantial with original hook end chain which can be attached to look like an extra set of reins or attached to another pin. Measures 3 3/4" total length and weighs 16.6 grams. The Malachite orb is 11/16ths"(17mm) diameter. The figural horse head shows incredible detail. The horse head is 5/8" x 1/2" and the chain is 3" long. The chain is attached to the left rein by a solid O ring. The ring has 2 tiny hallmarks on it which I believe are Austrian. All the gold has been professionally tested and is fully guaranteed to be at least 18K in content and I firmly believe the actual head may be closer to 21K.
