This piece is from; 

 J.L.&E. Pearce Ltd. 

It is advertising their line of CMH Rations (feed), their pig troughs and the Pearce Elwell intensive pig feeding house. 

 No date that I can see but looks 1920's-1930's. 

The testimonial on the front page is dated 1933.

The piece is about 5.5" x 8.5" and open it is about 11" x 12". 

 This advertising cook book is in good shape with normal age wear.
