New Spiked Coin
This is similar to the big stage illusion where a magician places 8 swords through the ladies head in a box.
This is the pocket version that uses 8 plastic nails and a plastic coin, but as a bonus I am giving you a real Half Dollar! A real half dollar fits perfect!
Effect: place a US Half Dollar in box, close the lid and proceed to thrust 8 spikes right through the coin. The audience sees the nails coming out the bottom.
As an added kicker, everything can be examined! BILL TUBE - ROYAL MAGIC. Magic with borrowed money.
The magician borrows a bill from one of his spectators. Placing the bill under a handkerchief, the magician then removes a small, sealed tube from his pocket and hands it to a spectator. The borrowed bill then vanishes!
Directing the audience's attention to the sealed tube, the magician allows the spectator who has been holding it to open the tube. Inside is found the borrowed bill! The bill in the tube is really the same one borrowed from the spectator at the outset. It can be marked for later identification at the beginning of the trick.
