Size 6 fits 29-31" waist and 39-41" hips

size 7 fits 32-34" waist and 42-44 inch hips

size 8 fits 35-37" waist and 45-47 inch hips

size 9 fits 38-41" waist and 48-50 inch hips

size 10 fits 42-44" waist and 51-53 inch hips

To find your size:

Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape comfortably loose.

Hips: Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips.
