SHIPPING

• Orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of receipt, so if you need to change any details, such as shipping address or garment size, please let us ASAP, and we will do what we can to make the change before your order enters production.
• Shipping within the contiguous 48 states typically takes 3 to 5 business days. Please allow for longer shipping times during events such as the holiday season and pandemics.
• Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the United States can take an additional 7 to 12 business days.
• International shipping typically takes 10 to 30 business days, but may take longer, especially during holidays and pandemics.

RETURN POLICY

We strive to provide as much customer satisfaction and convenience as possible:

1. We will provide a free replacement or refund for defective, incorrect, or undelivered products within 30 days of their delivery date.
2. To receive a replacement or refund, send us 1) a well-lit photo taken from directly above the product and 2) a well-lit close-up photo of the defect.
3. We will then consult with our printing partner and determine if a free replacement is warranted.
4. If you receive a free replacement, you do not need to do anything else. It will be shipped to you free of charge.
5. There is no need to return the defective product. You may do what you want with it.

Examples of qualifying defects: image printed more than 2 inches above or below its target print area; visible white base ink; highly under-saturated coloration.

Please consult the above size charts before making a purchase, because incorrect fit is NOT a qualifying defect. The size charts are reliable.
