For decal sizes 10.5”H and smaller, your order will be shipped in an envelope.
For decal sizes 16”H and larger, your order will be shipped rolled up in a shipping tube, with tracking. Unpackage your decal as follows (ONLY FOR SHIPPING TUBE ORDERS):
Remove end cap from shipping tube. Remove decal.
Carefully unroll decal and place face down on a flat surface.
Allow decal to flatten out on surface approximately 15min before using. If necessary you can smooth the decal out with your hand in order to help it unroll. Be careful not to damage your decal.
