1. Purchase the listing and select appropriate number of characters and proceed to checkout.

2. Click on "contact" and send me high quality photos via eBay message (Your photos are the only reference material I will have to work from. Please help me create the best possible drawing for you by providing clear photos for me to work with. The better the photo the better the drawing). Multiple Photos of Individual / Pets can be sent and I`ll combine all of the Individuals / Pets in one awesome portrait.

3. Also message me the following information: Drawing Notes (Describe clothing, shoes, background, jewelry, ring, watch, face, tattoos, pose etc..) Adding custom objects like Guitar, Cars, Toys, Foods, Logos, Skateboards, Tattoos, Jewelry etc are charged extra. Note: Any new changes to drawing notes after the portrait being complete from my side may result in additional charges.

6. Select background image, but if you want to have something special and custom only for you like your House, Holiday Photos, Stadium, Concerts etc, I can draw it for customized for only just 19.99 US$.

7. Receive the Preview Draft in 48 - 72 Hours, let me know about any changes you would like and I will resolve it ASAP.

8. Once the Draft is approved, I`ll share the final digital JPEG file with you. Receive the R & M Digital File and leave a review 😊 Please, DO NOT LEAVE a bad feedback on the shop page - just let me know about any issue you have and I will resolve it asap.

⭐ If buyer places and order by mistake or changes his/her mind, we cannot accept return/exchange/refund.

1. As these digital portraits take hours of work from our side, only limited changes are possible. Number of changes is limited to 1 Fixup or changes only after the first work preview is shared with the customer.

3. As this is a cartoon Illustrations it doesn't actually match characters realistically. We will try to match the clothes, accessories, objects etc the best ways possible in a cartoon illustration manner. Note: It wont match the actual characters fully as its cartoon illustrations.

4. For any Fixup or changes that may be given by the customer that would take additional 3 to 5 Business days as these takes hours of work for any changes or fixups.

5. After the complimentary 1st fixup or changes, the 2nd fixup is chargeable. 5 US$ for the next 3 fixups or changes.

6. No new changes / modifications / additions are allowed after order submission and order making process has started.

7. Adding Custom Objects like Designer Clothing's / Jerseys, Toys, Jewelry, Beers / Drinks, Objects like Guitar / Cars etc, Logos, Tattoos, Weapons, any Cartoon Characters etc are charged extra.

8. No Refund is allowed after 24 Hours of placing the order. Also after the drawing process has started there will be no Refund possible under any circumstances.

9. If the artwork is finished and preview is shown to the customer, and after that if customer doesn't like the artwork or looking for Order cancellation and Refund there will be no Refund possible as we have already worked for hours on a artwork in particular style to make our customers happy only changes can be made to the digital portrait, limited to 1 (One) time only.

10. In case physical items are ordered like Framed Poster / Canvas / Mugs etc no refund is allowed once the order making process has started.

11. There may be delay in customs clearance and we are not liable for any delay caused by customs or courier.

12. In case physical items like Framed Poster / Canvas / Mugs are selected and ordered there will be no style change once the selected product is made ready and a sample photo is shown to the customer. Any new changes to physical items will be charged a fresh depending upon differently selected model.

13. After delivery of the Physical item to the customers location no refund or changes are allowed under any circumstances.
