Everything has been stored in a climate controlled, smoke free, pet free environment. This backpack was purchased in store at Box Lunch. Our local Box Lunch puts the tags in the inside pockets and doesn’t attach them to the bags. They also keep the straps secured with binder clips instead of the ties that come with. I removed the binder clips recently at the request of another user and have included photos of the impressions that they left. I believe that this will fade or disappear with a little blow dryer heat on low and some gentle rubbing.

The original packing material inside the bag was also removed at the store. I put clean packing material in the bag to maintain the shape. The zippers have been tested and are good. Since the original dustbag was thrown out, I have stored it in a clean plastic bag.
