This is a Vintage Lois Hill Sterling Silver Pendant & 18" Chain. Not sure what you call this shape. The chain is solder to the pendant.

The piece weighs 28.60 grams....it feels solid. Speaks for itself. I have not cleaned it. It is in good + condition.
