Vintage original 11 x 14 in. US lobby card from the 1950s drama/romance, MARTY, released in 1955 by United Artists and directed by Delbert Mann. Based upon a story and screenplay by Paddy Chayefsky, a middle-aged butcher (Ernest Borgnine) and a school teacher (Betsy Blair) who have given up on the idea of love meet at a dance and fall for each other.

The image depicts Virginia (Karen Steele) watching Marty Piletti (Ernest Borgnine) talking with Tommy (Jerry Paris) on a front porch. As indicated in the bottom right corner of the image area, this is lobby card #5 from the set of 8 cards. It is unrestored in fine+ condition as shown with a Canadian censor stamp.
