Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.


Returns must be sent via a track-able shipping method such as UPS, USPS or FedEx and must have a tracking number.

Include the Following with your Return:

  • Write your RMA number on the outside of the box
  • Send to the address we provide you
  • Send message thru Ebay with tracking number

In most cases you will receive a refund in 3 to 5 business days. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return, and the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it.
