Barberton, OH: The John Heidsik Co. Undated but 1940's edition. 4 1/2" x 7", 46 page booklet bound in blue, red, and white stapled, pictorial wrappers. Color drawings.

A Very Good copy.  The front cover has a small bump and a 1 1/2" diagonal crease at its lower right corner. The rear cover has a vertical 1/4" tear at its lower edge. Mild dusting to the covers. The interior is fine. An uncommon piece of advertising ephemera.
