EXTREMELY RARE.  COMPLETE SET OF ALL 20 BOOKLETS ISSUED FROM 1980 TO 1989 (TWO PER YEAR) FOR THE UNPA FLAG STAMP ISSUES.  1980 BOOKLETS ARE THE SMALL SIZE IN WHITE AND BLUE.  1981 TO 1989 WERE ISSUED IN THE SMALL SIZE AND LARGE SIZE.  EACH BOOKLET HAS 4 PANELS OF 8 STAMPS.

These were very hard to obtain to complete sets. 

The country of issue, Catalog number (Scott is used unless indicated) and condition (including hinging) are all in the item title.  If additional information is needed it will be included above this paragraph.

CONDITION

The stamps are in fine to very fine or better condition. Hinging or other damage is always noted. Please assume no damage unless noted.

Unless noted in the shipping costs - Stamp and cover shipments worth less than $20 are shipped first class without tracking at a cost of $6.00.  Shipments from $20 to $100 (either as a single lot or combined shipment) are shipped at $18.00 using eBay’s international mail service.  Any shipments above $100 are shipped USPS first class registered mail – no exceptions – at $38.00.

We ship to Great Britain, Ireland, Canada, Australia, and most nations of Western Europe EXCEPT GERMANY, ITALY and SPAIN. 

Shipments made via USPS first class international mail without tracking - Risk of loss or damage is on the buyer and by placing a bid, or making a purchase, the buyer acknowledges this risk and responsibility.

Stamp and cover shipments to ALL other nations worldwide - all shipments must go via USPS first class registered mail at a cost of $38.00.
