We try to process and ship orders as promptly as possible. Most orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours and we will provide (email) a tracking number to the customer. Exceptions due occur and we reach out to customers when they occur to resolve the issue and get the order fulfilled.

Please note our store is closed on Sunday and Monday and orders placed on these days will be processed on the next Tuesday morning when our store re-opens. If a customer has a urgent or special need please email or call us and we will try to assist our customer the best we can.

Customer service and delivery of customer orders are very important to us at Stahlman Powersports. We strive to help each customer find the products that they need and work with every customer to ensure they are satisfied with their order. There are many costs in selling quality parts and one of the largest costs is shipping, shipping a part has shipping costs. 

If a customer is unsure if a part may fit their equipment please call or email us and we will answer any questions you may have about an item we have for sale and if it will fit your needs before purchasing an item.
