Each fan is supplied with a plastic insert (pictured) that will need to be drilled/bored to suit the shaft size. The is a minimum & maximum variation for boring and this is shown in the chart below.

When replacing a motor cooling fan, be sure to match shaft size, fan diameter and fan width to ensure that it will be the correct fit. The colour of fan pictured may vary.
