This great old piece features the president of the Dominion Atlantic Railway standing on a float of his sea plane.

 The photo has Charlottetown Prince Edward Island August 5- 1939 at the top, 

His own plane Woo! Woo! who cares on one float

 and at the bottom of the photo is

 The two worlds champions travelers my dear friend Harry F McLean Jules Vallieres. 

There is a small photo glued onto the large on that reads My pal. 

The large photo is about 8" x 10".

 In good shape with normal age wear and the writing on it.

A google search of Harry F McLean is worth the time and worth the read. 

Among other things he was the president of the Dominion Atlantic Railway.
