The Ow My Back! Massage Ball can assist in self massage in targeting muscles knots and trigger points to increase blood flow to stiff or tight muscles. Use your own body weight against the ball on the floor or against a wall when standing/sitting upright to apply pressure on the chosen area.
It is also a great foot massage ball being 6cm in diameter, small enough to fit in to any gym, kit or everyday bag. At 145g it is lightweight and extremely portable.
Our clients use it everywhere from the gym, the sports field, home, office and even for those long journeys to help with cramp and stiffness.Made from durable Silicone it can easily be washed with soap and water after use
