The item will be posted by Australia Post, within 2 working days after payment is received. Whilst the Australia Post mail service is generally very reliable, it is not unusual for some items to become delayed within the postal system. We will help in filing an investigation with Australia Post on your behalf in case of lost items or delay by Australia Post which can be filed two weeks after the posting date.
DVD Compatibility
All of our DVDs are genuine Australian Released Region 4/R4 encoded and will work in all Australian & New Zealand DVD players. Any exceptions to this will always be listed in the item description. International buyers will need to ensure that their DVD player is multi region. It is the buyer's responsibility to check the compatibility, as no returns or refunds will be issued for any wrong purchases regarding this matter.
