Coin minting during this time was hardly an exact science. Blank sizes and weights varied. Some coins were made posthumously by Diadochi and those also vary.
I've done a silver test on the coin in question and it is a high purity of silver (acid test turned bright red). This also means it has a mark on it's edge from the test.
It was also tested with a professional grade metal detector.
