Item is refurbished then item is checked and tested at time of listing and rechecked and tested thoroughly at time of purchase before being packed and shipped to you. Item is guaranteed not to arrive DOA and we guarantee product for 14 days from date of purchase from defects in our workmanship or defects of product making it in inoperable or partially inoperable. Any defects we will list at time of listing (check item description).  We do NOT cover buyer caused issues or damage. We do not cover items when security seals have been tampered with. Buyer to pay return shipping, If item is returned for defect and it is found not to be defective there is a 15% restock fee. In some cases item can be repaired and shipped back to buyer.
