Aztec have been selling machines through the ebay platform for over 18 years and there is a massive amount of effort to ensure our reputation is kept to the highest seller standards we can achieve. We have sold thousands of machines to home users so we know exactly what is required and expected. 

Our user guide was written carefully to try and cover all aspects of machine ownership in a easy to follow format. We are always at hand to help on the phone and we help people outside of our normal trading hours including weekends on a regular basis. The equipment we sell is carefully selected and the extensively tested, cleaned and prepared for its new owner - this is a system that took many years to perfect so that we consistently deliver an outstanding customer experience . 

The delivery service is a bespoke service using (mainly) vehicles with tail lifts and operatives that are friendly, happy to lift & shift and get the job done ! We also have pallet options for remote parts of the UK or for faster delivery times if required - A bad delivery can spoil an otherwise perfect service and we regularly get complimented weekly on how good the service is. Lastly we know the game inside out, we have all the staff trained and the process of buying a machine from us should be seamless and enjoyable. We provide lots of optional extras if you want them and you can "build" your own order as such. We provide entertainment and the objective is to put a smile on your face whilst ensuring we are always here to help , support and advise you. And that is a promise we keep.

The Purchase Process

You may have the option to buy it now, bid or make an offer. Once the item has been purchased OR offer accepted OR won in auction then PLEASE WAIT for us to send you an invoice through EBAY with any additional carriage charges/optional extras added by our admin team. We then receive your details & contact number and would have everything we need to proceed once the order is paid for. 

The Delivery Process - Our Vehicle

We will note the delivery postcode (please advise if it differs to the one on EBAY) & then schedule in the delivery. We let you know nearer to the time of delivery so don't worry if you do not get a delivery date straight away. Once we have booked the delivery day we will contact you through EBAY to advise on the day and a rough time slot. You MUST advise us if there are any issues with the date time or with access. 

We normally use small vans or a Luton van. You musty also ensure you are available to take the delivery and assist unless otherwise agreed. Deliveries can take between 2-7 working days from the point of ordering. Our driver will help you with the machine and may be able to help you put it in the desired location within a garage, games room or property but all social distancing rules must be followed and PPE worn where possible. We can refuse to deliver if there is a risk to you or us and you may still incur charges. Most machines weigh as much as a fridge freezer (100kg +) so please let us know if you are unable to help. 

It is vital you disclose any and all access obstacles which might include..

Steps or stairs.

Gravel or grass paths.

Gates and narrow doors.

Parking restrictions.

Please note the dimensions and ensure the machine will fit BEFORE committing to buy as we reserve the right to retain the delivery charge on any failed delivery due to non disclosure or the item being too large.  

We will not accept any liability for any injuries or damage caused if we have been asked to enter a private residence.

The Delivery Process  - Pallet

Most of the points raised above apply plus.

The vehicle might be larger (up to 28 tonne) and will have a tail-lift, 1 driver equipped with pallet truck. He will normally attempt to get the pallet as close as he can to where the machine is going to be situated but this may mean in some cases its left on the kerbside if there is no driveway etc. The machine needs to be removed from the pallet cutting the pallet straps with scissors and then you may be able to give the driver the pallet back (if your quick) or may have to dispose of it yourself.

Pallets can come anytime between 8am-6pm so you should arrange to be in all day as they are generally unable to give advance notice on the day unlike our own drivers can. The pallet network move items quickly so its not a bespoke delivery service but a means to get it as close as we can to your doorstep. If we suggest sending on a pallet to you and this is NOT suitable PLEASE let us know. Again failed deliveries may still be chargeable. 

The Refurbishment Process     - NOT APPLICABLE TO THIS SALE

This can vary depending on what we are selling of course but in general machines are tested using the machines test procedures which may included coin & payout test, lighting and switch test, sound test, motor or soleniod test, PAT & safety test, cosmetic assessment and refurbishment including sanitising ,cleaning, painting and repairing any surface blemishes. Final soak test and live play test.    

DISCLAIMER & LEGAL

You must be 18 years or older to purchase a gaming machine and it must be for home use only - No permit is required if for non profit.

Commercial venues can in certain circumstances buy heir own machine but we MUST have evidence of your MACHINE PERMIT & MGD registration number - You should be the owner of the premises and able to demonstrate the machine will be operated legally and that some technical repairs or modifications will require a person(s) with the appropriate licence to undertake. 

Machine operators are entitled to purchase from us  - We may need your licence details unless we know you of course!

Any illegal use or suspected illegal use WILL be reported.
